I have a new RUT956,
I can receive SMS messages, but I can not send any.
My telecom company, O2, uses RCS technology for messages. I see that main telecom companies are migrating to this RCS technology, here in Spain.
Is there any compatibility problem with RCS? Will it be supported in the near future?

RCS support is not planned to be implemented into RutOS, at least for the near future.
Perhaps you have any external resources available (news articles, ISP press releases, etc.) about carriers shutting down regular SMS messages?
As far as I’m aware, some carriers are moving away from circuit-switched SMS sending (used in 2G and 3G), but this technology is replaced by packet-switched SMS used mainly in LTE and 5G networks.
