You can restart your devices remotely a few different ways, depending whether you have a connection setup via Public IP, or RMS. That way you can access the WEBUI, and do your necessary configurations from there.
If your devices are registered and connected to Teltonika RMS, you can send a remote reboot command from the RMS platform. However, if the routers are offline and not communicating with RMS, this method will not work.
Since your devices have SIM cards, you can use SMS commands to control them. Teltonika routers support SMS utilities, allowing you to send an SMS with a specific command to reboot the device. You can simply send a text message to device’s Sim phone number : <device password> reboot ; or if you use RMS, you can send a text to restart the RMS connection. There may be other commands in mobile utilities that you can utilize in your case.
