We have a RUT240 with the last FW 07.06.
When we going into the CLI, the console don’t responding.

To better assist you, could you please let us know if this issue with the CLI was present previously, or if it only started after updating to the latest firmware? Additionally, are you trying to access the CLI remotely? If so, please ensure that remote CLI access is enabled. You can do this by navigating to System → Administration → Access Control within the WebUI.
Could you also confirm whether you can connect to the router via SSH using third-party software such as MobaXterm or PuTTy?
If none helps resolve the issue, could you consider performing a factory reset?
