In the RUTX 12 load balance, only the first option now appears online. Previously, if both mobile networks and the wan were active, they appeared online and green.
In RUTX 11 the active wan also appears only in green and appears as standby. Does this affect the load balance? Thank you.

This is a visual issue and does not affect the load-balancing functionality. Hence, the load-balancing should work properly. Please, take a look at this post here.
