Cant validate authenicity of a Device in RMS which previous did work

Hi,

i have (again) issues for one Device i bought off ebay and RMS
I already had issues adding it first time to RMS and with the help of a Support Ticket it worked and it worked since then until recently.
At that time had to provide like a picture of the back and so on. Ticket 5929 (May/2024)
maybe that is still in the system.

Now it looks like it droped from RMS with the waring it can not validate the Device authenticity.

I can not reach the Device via RMS, its remote, else i would try adding it again but taken it worked til now i belive everything is correctly entered.

Any ideas ?
