Is this a joke??¿¿ I’ve just had come across this!!, I need to see my full month!! not just the last 7 days!, what’s going on??
well judging by the screenshot, it looks to be a limitation from the rms side, if you cant view more than 7 days, i dont think there’s anything you can do about it unfortunately
it wasn’t like this 15 days ago, I work with that, I can’t loose this information
well in that case, if you’re a direct teltonika networks client, I’d suggest reaching out to your sales manager and ask them to make a ticket to them directly
if you’re purchasing through a distributor, reaching out to them is also an option, as they would be able to make a ticket directly to teltonika themselves, or you could wait for Monday until someone responds here, but it’ll most likely end up being the engineers that work with forums reaching out to the RMS team to ask about this, which is basically the same as the first few options
Either way, I don’t think your information is gone, you should be fine once someone from Teltonika gets onto this
have a nice evening/day
Hello,
As per the changelogs found in the RMS changelog list:
- Maximum allowed date range selection to 7 days for device data usage chart and automation logs table
Regards,
M.
I’d like to note that I’ve passed the feedback to the RMS team.

Second that. Would be great if this functionality comes back, its a pretty deep cut of a useful feature.
Thank you very much!
Hello, your feedback was passed to the RMS team. Thank you!

M.
Hello, the official response from the RMS RnD team is the following:
To ensure continued stability and performance of the service for all users, we’ve adjusted the time range limit for this endpoint to return data for up to 7 days. This change helps to ensure fair, reliable access for everyone.
If you need to work with a longer time period, we recommend batching your (API / chart) queries in a period of 7 days.
Regards,
M.
Hi, honestly that solution doesn’t work for me. As a consumer of RMS, I strongly suggest that RMS team finds another way and brings it back the way it was, now is a problem instead of a solution, otherwise this tool won’t be effective for me anymore. This was one of the main reasons why I work with Teltonika also.
thank you in advance, and I hope Teltonika can listen to its long costumers.
Hi,
As a workaround I suggest using router’s WebUI and going to Status > Realtime data > Mobile Usage as device itself collect long term data without limitations.
