Cant connect to local device

I have a RUT240 192.168.153.1 on site running the latest FW. I’m accessing this modem remotely using Zero Tier. The only device connected is a BMS controller using a static IP address 192.168.153.12. When i run a topology scan on the modem i can see the device connected onto the LAN port. But i am unable to connect to this device.

I’ve run advanced IP scanner and angry IP scanner but getting nothing back. I’ve also tried to open ports 3011,5011,443,80 and still no change.

Tried to connect to the device via 192.168.153.12 & https://192.168.153.12

Hello, @MarkHicks

Do you have configured your routes at Zerotier?

Sample…

@Marcelo.Barros I have

From the RUT… Using Telnet, ssh or CLI… Can you ping 192.168.153.12?

Have you configured at BMS to use the RUT as his gateway?

Hello @MarkHicks,

Could you kindly confirm if you still need any assistance?

Best regards,

Sorry for delay! After seeing this message I did log into the BMS device and found that unfortunately my engineer didn’t set up thE controller proper and was in fact missing the gateway!

Hi, @MarkHicks

So… It is working?

It is now! Thank you!
