Can't connect to email when in VPN tunnel

When my iphone connects to the router via VPN split tunnel (VPN side), it will not connect to the mail server in apple mail app. (port 993 and 465)

I have connected via the VPN app PUREVPN on the iphone and it allows email. Have I got an issue with my firewall on my router Rutx09 when connecting via VPN?

Update: I have now tested this on my PC and it does exactly the same so not an Iphone issue.

Can someone talk me through how to open these ports on the Rutx on the Wireguard PUREVPN connection?

The 45.74.0.XXX is the address given to me by the VPN.

I have spent a whole day trying to work out the firewall etc to see if it is correct but I am really unsure if it is the VPN provider blocking or the RUTX blocking. I am tending to lean towards the rutx as the vpn app works fine.

Further to my form completed at your request I can confirm that it is still NOT working. I had my device on ISP rather than VPN so gave a false reading.
