Cant add RUTX50 to RMS

Hi,

bought an RUTX50 and tryed to add it to my RMS, it failes with.

  • Device with xx:xx:xx:xx:xx at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information.

How do i get to contact the support ???

thanks for your repley. i removed the LAN MAC and send in the form.
Is there supposed to be an auto responder for the form im not sure if that worked :slight_smile:
