Can't add RUT240 to RMS

I can’t add a RUT240 to RMS, I get this error:

Device with serial 1128182596 from entry number 1 already exists.

From other topics I realised this is due to the device currently being registered in another RMS. Since I got this one from a third party provider this might be the case. Could you please reset it so I can register it in my own RMS?



If you’ve purchased a brand-new device, adding it should be straightforward without encountering any issues. However, if you suspect it’s already registered with RMS, follow these steps to unregister it: go to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS window and click the “Unregister” button.

Another possible issue might be incorrect information input. To prevent this, consider copying the Serial Number (SN) and LAN MAC addresses directly from your router. Additionally, double-check that you’re entering the correct password.
