Hi Support.
I have a RUT200 wich is set up to VPN hub with my Omron NX1P2 PLC.
When I use the setup on the office, connecting with a SIM card installed in the RUT, everything is working correctly.
If we move the RUT and PLC to my house, or my coworkers house, but still sit in our office 60 km away, it also works. We can easily connect to the PLC, and update it.
But when we take this setup to our customer, where we need it, we are able to see the RUT. But for some strange reason, we cant see the PLC. The setup is the EXACT same, the only difference must be in the SIM card connection. But when we see the RUT, i dont see the issue with the connection either.
If i go to Devices → Device information → Ports, i can see that the cable is plugged in. I see when the cable is unplugged, but the IP of the PLC is not showing in the table below.
If i move the setup back to our office, suddenly i see the IP of the PLC.
Can you help me with this matter?

Apologies for the delayed response.
Could you confirm whether the PLC has a static IP configured? Also, is the default gateway set to the RUT200 LAN IP address?
How does the RUT200 connect to the internet on the client’s site? Is it using a SIM card, or is the WAN port connected to the client’s office network (or another source)?
Are there any additional configurations applied to the router?
When the device is on the client’s site, are you able to ping the PLC’s IP address directly from the router? You can test this either via the router’s CLI: Command Line Interfaces - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Or through the WebUI, by navigating to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot → Diagnostics
Could you please send screenshots of the VPN Hub configuration?

Hi Justinas.
The PLC has a static IP adress configured.
Onsite at cosutmer, but also when we are in the office etc, the RUT200 is using SIM card.
There is no additional settings on the router. Default, I only changed the IP setting of the LAN to 192.168.250.50.
We brought the router back to the office since it didnt work onstite. But when I checked Manegement → Devices → Device details → Ports I was not able to see the PLC when it was onsite. Now it shows, when I brought it back.
Screenshots of the configuration. This works when in the office. And also when I place it at another location aproxx 60km away. But not at the costumer.
