Cannot open login page via RMS

I have a XWeb pro device which I try to connect via RMS. XWeb is connected to a RUT241 router with a sim card.

When I try to connect login page http and port 80 I get error ‘redirected you too many times’
https gives ‘refused to connect’, ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

I’ve tried Chrome, Opera and Edge. I am able to login when I am in the same network as the XWeb device bypassing the RMS.

Other devices with web server I can access via RMS.
