Cannot make a RMS connection and not activate device

Hi,

We aren’t able to make a RMS connection with the RUT240. FW version id 07.06.
We have already try a reset to factory parameters, but the same issue.

When we try to connecting to the RMS, somtime he tell us that there is a connection but a few seconds later we got the messgase faled.
Also seen the following error messages:

• Failure: (Server refused connetion. The device may be blocked or unidenfied
• failed
• …

On the RMS cloude we had also tried to reset and recreate a new device.

How we can resolve this issue?

Hello,

Did you try unregistering the device from RMS and then adding it to RMS again (same procedure as if registering it for the first time)?
