Can not create ticket in helpdesk

Hi all, just tried to create a helpdesk ticket to report an issue with FMC130, however stuck in entering product group. Your help is much appreciated.

You can select FMC130 directly from the product group you need to scroll down in the list. Please see the screenshot attached. If you find that your are still unable to locate the device from the list and having difficulty while creating helpdesk request you can connect with your Sales Manager.
