Can not connect to RMS

Hi, I use a big number of TeltoniKa router RUT950 and one day after I installed the latest update , RUT9_R_00.07.06.3 some of them - not all - do not connect to TeltoniKa RMS.
I have tried the following:
1). Unregistered the device from RMS
2). Deleted the device and registered again at RMS
3). Tried “” and “” servers and all the recomended ports and ip’s
The message I get back is “Failure can not resolve host name”
Any thoughts
