Can not access HMI attached to RUT301 remotely via VPM setup

The client has set up a VPN connection to RUT301 based on Teltonika’s Liki support.
They can access the RUT301 via Remote Access and RMS, but they do not have access to the attached device (HMI)

Can we get some assistance, please?

Thank you for reaching out. To begin troubleshooting, could you please check and provide the following details:

  1. A screenshot of the RMS VPN Routes configuration window showing the route created to reach the HMI device.
  2. Confirmation that the default gateway on the HMI device is correctly configured as the LAN IP of the RUT301, and that the HMI device’s IP address is within the same LAN subnet as the router.
  3. Additionally, to confirm, can this HMI device be pinged from RUT and vice versa?
  4. Please also ensure that masquerading is enabled on the LAN firewall zone under Network → Firewall → Zones settings on RUT.

Let me know the outcome after confirming the points above.
