Can i configuration IPsec VPN on the RUT956 for VPN server and client?

Hi everyone, I have 3 RUT956. I want to configure IPsec VPN site to site RUT1 as server to remote RUT2 and configure RUT3 as server to remote RUT1.Is it possible?
