BTSMP1 Eye Sensor humidity accuracy

I have a test system with 3 x eye sensors installed. The temperature values are accurate, but the humidty values are completely different to the values on a different sensor.

The example below is from a sensor installed inside, in a dry location,

The values from eye sensor:

And from a 433MHz sensor a few inches from the eye sensor:

22% difference is quite a lot. Is there any way I can test the sensor?

I have another eye sensor on my test bench that reads 21.4C, 59% humidity. A different sensor next to it measures 21.2C, 55%, Still dfferent but not as bad as the sensor on site.

Thanks for your help.

Hello Laith,

I’ll be onsite again next week, I’ll take a screenshot of the config then. From memory I know the firmware is the latest version, it’s iBeacon with all sensors enabled, 10s interval and the only other setting is the transmit power which shouldn’t effect the humidy value returned.

I’ll swap my test bench sensor on to site, then test the onstite sensor on test bench to see if there’s still a large humidity error.

Regards

Anders
