Broken RUTX11 outside of warranty and RMS Management pack

Hi,

I need help.
My RUTX11 broke this summer. Of course it was outside of warranty by some months.

I had a RMS Management pack 5 years connected to this specific router.

I have now purchased a RUTX14 instead.
Would it be possible to transfer the Management pack to this new device?
