Bridge Mode? TAP200

I have a quick question, a customer wants an accesspoint in the small office and I am just wondering if this TAP200 can be configured in Bridge mode so that clients connected to it will lan ip from the main router (where dhcp service is)?

It seems that TAP200 does not have routing capabilities and that is indeed a bridge? Am I right?

Hello,

TAP200 itself doesn’t have a bridge mode, but it should automatically lease IP addresses to Wireless AP clients depending on the IP that it gets from the WAN source that it is connected to.

For example, I took my own RUTX11, connected it to the PoE adapter of the TAP200, where the TAP200 then got an internet connection from it. I’ve then connected to the TAP200 Wi-Fi using my mobile phone, and got the same subnet of the LAN IP address as the RUTX11.
