Bricked FMC130 after update attempt

Dear Teltonika Support Team :slight_smile:

I’ve successfully connected my device to Configurator and attempted to make an update.
But it said: “update failed” or something like that and device is not responding since then.

Is not seen by Configurator either.

I suppose there is a “unbricking” procedure, but I couldn’t find anything online.
Would be very much appreciated if you could help with that!

Based on the described behavior after the firmware update attempt, it appears that the device is currently stuck in a boot loop and will require specialized flashing procedures to restore normal operation. This process can only be performed by our technical team.
