Hi, I purchased at BAT120 in April 2023 and it is connected to a RUTX50 and had been working well however I have now noticed it has stopped holding charge. The battery indicator used to show 3 solid bars with the 4th flashing and now it just shows 1 flashing bar. I would have expected a UPS device to last longer than 18 months. Do I have an issue with the unit? what actions should I take to resolve?

If the power LEDs blink every 5 seconds, this indicates that the BAT120 is in sleep mode. You can find more information about BAT120 LED behavior on our wiki page: BAT120 LEDs.
Additionally, if the issue requires device repair, your device is still under warranty for RMA. You can initiate the repair process by contacting your reseller.
