i have problems with the Bad Pin No SIM error on my RUT955. I did an update of the firmware of the RUT 955 and an update of the modem on advice of DaumantasG after posting my problem in the old crowd support forum. Both worked fine but didn´t solve the problem. How can i proceed with this topic?
I can’t recall the exact steps we took, but could you clarify if the SIM card in question works on other devices?
If it does, then the issue is most likely hardware-related and the device should be returned for RMA if it’s still in the warranty period.
Are you using one SIM only, or two ? Because I have similar problem, but only, when using 2 SIMs.
I use 2 SIMs, but i tried it with 1 also and it makes no difference.
The SIM works well in a RUT950. How can I find out, if it is in the guarantee time? I bought it on Ebay and have nor original invoice. It worked well for about half a year.
