Hey Guys, my FOTA Web authenticator is not working so I cannot login - can support please assist in resetting this. Thanks!

You need to contact your seller or sales manager to initiate a support ticket. Once the ticket is raised, we can help initiate FOTA Web access transfer to another email address.

For resetting or modifying the account details, we may need to consult the IT backend team. In both cases, a support ticket is required for further assistance.
