Hi all, placing this post in this category as this is the only one remotely related to my query.
I’m an admin in the RMS portal and I need to do some basic auditing against the non-admin users setup in the portal and I can’t find anything at all to help me. No user based reports, no user authentication logs, no user action logs, nothing. The only thing I can find that relates to actions performed by a user is in the RMS Connect > Access History where I can see recent connections into our devices.
There are a couple of devices missing from our portal and I want to find who deleted them but I’m not finding anything to help me. I have even been trawling through the RMS Wiki and there’s nothing there, the REST API doesn’t appear to have that capability either.
Has anyone been able to do any useful reporting on the users setup in their portal? This is something really basic and I’m getting nowhere and am equally surprised that I can’t see any other mention of it here.

That’s a bummer mate, that would be incredibly handy, and I’m surprised that sort of basic logging isn’t captured by default. Thanks for the offer to forward my feature request, while it won’t help me now I hope, if implemented, that it will help myself and others in the future.
