Assign RMS license to Device

HI,
I purchased a license pack for the RMS.
Where can I find a working guide for the following:
Storing licenses in the RMS
Assigning this license to a device that is already in the RMS but cannot be accessed due to missing licenses.

How can I assign the license to this device?

I think the license is still working but the device is not responding

From the information you have provided, it seems that you do not have any available credits currently. Teltonika RMS is a paid service, and to be able to utilize it, you need to purchase resources.
