The Germany server is completly dead, also the hubs created in RMS and working via this server cannnot be removed, stopped or managed. When this problem will be solved?

We experience the same issue, and some pages for hub status are not loading. There is no outage message or a server status board other than the vpn hub status which all show green, how can we stay informed of the situation?
