Admin password on label incorrect - RUTX11

Hi,

I am building several large IOT systems and we chose to use the RUTX11 router for internet access. On two of the routers that we purchased, the admin and wifi passwords that are on the label do not work. I have reset each router and they still do not work. What are my options here? We bought the routers on Amazon and are past our 30 day return window.

If a factory reset did not solve the issue, the next step is to reach out to your reseller so they can initiate the RMA procedure. You can find all details about the warranty and repair process here:

Depending on the assessment, the device will either be replaced or issued a new label containing the default credentials.
