Activation RMS Management Package not possible

Hello,

I have received a licence code for ‘RMS Management Package 5 years’.
I have stored this code in the Teltonika RMS portal under ‘Activate Code’ and it is also displayed under ‘PACKS REMAINING’. The RMS service in the router is activated.
Unfortunately, the status is always offline. When I try to activate the ‘Management Service’ in the portal, I get the message ‘NO VALID AVAILABLE CREDIT’ - see attachment.

What might I have done wrong?

I would be very pleased to receive a short reply.

Welcome to Teltonika Networks Community!

After activating the management code, you need to enable its service.

Select the desired device → Device → Set pack → Then Select pack → click Save.

You should be able manage the router afterwards.
