Hi we just bought FMM880, FMM920, BTSID1 and TAT141 devices from Teltonika. I have plugged in batteries and installed the sim cards that came with the kit and switched the off position into on position, downloaded the software and connected the device to the pc and can see the device in the software, however I need help making the devices active in FOTA Web because they still are inactive.

I hope you are doing well. Mostly the devices would be Online to FOTA Web once you have powered up the device with a working SIM Card.
However, if you are using TAT141 the device normally goes to Sleep mode most of the time suggesting you to enable the First Power ON record and check again if you are able to see the device Online in FOTA Web.

Hey Patrick, I have done that and refreshed the FOTA WEB platform many times but still won’t show as active.
