Activating both SIM1 and SIM2 for load balancing

Hello,
We just purchased a RUTXR1 router with 2 SIM slots, testing with 2 SIMs from 2 different providers each individual SIM works but we cannot activate the load balancing as it appears we can only enable (set as primary SIM) 1 SIM slot at a time, the other one is always going in status “Down”.
Can we activate both SIM slots and do load balancing on this model?

Hi,

No, you need router with two modems, like RUTX12 or RUTM52 to use load balancing.

RUTX11 have one modem with two SIM slots. Only one SIM can be active per modem.
