For a few days, the access to the Fota account has been cut off. I tried to reset the password, but I do not receive an email for forgetting the password.

Please contact your sales manager and create an HelpDesk ticket . If you don’t have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.

I try to contact on “contact Us” Button to get a user and password, no answer today, how i can register to solve my problem, we need test to buy new units of FMC920.

I did’n have contact, but today i try again with another seller, yesterday they give me my phone number and email address, i believe good news for me today.
