Access Pack Unavaible

Hello all,
I bought an RMS access pack for 3 devices (RUT950) for 5 years.
Today I tried to assign 1 license to a RUT950 and it worked.
I tried to add a second one and the platform tells me that there is no pack available.
Is there a possibility to reset the pack (remove access to all devices) and reassign them again?
