After reboot the RMS does not reconnect. Under connection state it just says connecting in green but never changes. At one point I could reset the connection and it would reconnect but not after updating the firmware to 7.13.3 it doesn’t connect at all.

Could you please confirm whether you have tried pressing the “Connect” button via WebUI? If so, did it resolve the issue, or is the problem still present?
