I have 4 rut240’s with mint mobile sim cards that were working until sometime early this morning. I know one of the devices is working/online because it is here in the house with me but it cannot establish an rms connection for some reason.
Which software version are they running on?
Did you try to reboot and hopefully reconnect?
Asking as RMS itself seems to be okay - at least for me.
Sounds a bit like a provider issue then - DNS or something.
Also make sure you’re using IPv4 only in your mobile connection.

I reset the device that i have local access too and now the rms console is showing an error saying the device is temporarily blocked

Remove it and add it again from/to RMS.
