1nce SIMs with TRB255 in UK?

Has anyone had success with 1nce SIMs in the UK. I know I’ve coverage for both NB-IOT and LTE-M where I am but cannot get anything to connect with known good SIMs

Looking at 1nce converge map, UK should be working just fine. I’ll ask you to perform the following steps:

  • Make sure your device is running the latest firmware;

  • Make sure you have the correct APN set in the Network → Interfaces → General → mob1s1a1 (SIM1) or mob1s2a1 (SIM2);

  • Please navigate to Status → Network → Mobile, take a screenshot and attach it to your next message;

  • Log into the device via CLI, and run the following command:

gsmctl -A 'AT+CEER'

Paste the output in the next comment.

  • Finally, please navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot, open the System logs and copy the past few minutes of the logs. Paste them into a file sharing service, or if the forum allows you, your next comment.

Make sure to remove any sensitive information from the logs and screenshots!
